What Do You Do With My Information?

At Tax and Accounting Service Company ("TASC", "Tax and Accounting Services Company", “TASC PUBLIC ACCOUNTING and CFO Services,LLC”, "We", "Us" or "Our"), we respect your privacy and take protecting it seriously. This Privacy Policy covers our collection and disclosure of information we collect from clients and prospective clients. 


The use of personal and financial data collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service the client wants us to perform. 

If we have requested information for a research study your personal information will remain confidential.  Online general summaries of data collected will be used.  For example: percentage of group that meet qualifications might be disclosed but specific identities or results of individual group members would not be disclosed.  To be included in our research, business annual average gross receipts must be in the aggregate of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars each year for the preceding three years.  receipts must be from real estate or food and beverage operations. 

By providing us your contact information (email, address or telephone) you are consenting to receiving communications from us.   Including advertisement that may be sent via email, text, US mail other methods using the provided. you may opt out at any time from emails and other communications by selecting the opt out option or contacting us directly.  

Visa gift card offer in exchange for participating in our research is available to US residents over the age of 18 only.  Must be the owners of a real estate business registered in the US that is either a Corporation, S-Corporation, LLC, or Partnership.  Authorized business representative must provide TASC with copies of last three years tax returns for review (along with necessary requested supporting information).

As a client of Tax and Accounting Services​ Company Your name, address, phone and fax number, email address, tax ID number, EIN, SSN, financial information or any other information you provide are held in strict confidence. However, while we deal in tax laws we are not necessarily protected under client attorney privilege and information collected could be subject to subpoena. We collect this information only so we can help you with your tax, accounting and financial management needs and stay in compliance with federal and state regulations under United states generally accepted accounting principles, taxation, pensions and employee  benefits.  We do not sell or share your information with anyone.
